Allows you to enter (in decimal or hex format) the ASTRO
25 RFSS (Radio Frequency Sub-System) ID that corresponds to the current
Site ID in the current site (record / row), which applies
for the current Trunking Personality.
To support roaming between
different RFSS's within a Trunking
System, each RFSS must
have a unique number. 
An RFSS is made up of one or more Sites.
When the 
referenced Trunking System has its Coverage Type field set to "SmartZone
& OmniLink" or
"Intra-WACN Roaming" or
"Inter-WACN Roaming", and
when the Protocol Type is set to "ASTRO 25", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
